DAVID F. FISHER
David F. Fisher is an attorney and is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School and St. Thomas University School of Law teaching business law and ethics. Mr. Fisher previously served as Executive Director of the Corporate Institute, University of Minnesota Law School, and of counsel with the lawfirm Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren LLC. Mr. Fisher is principal with Fisher Advisory Services, L.C.C., where he advises executives, boards of directors, board committees and individual directors and officers of for-profit and nonprofit organizations on domestic and international governance, risk assessment, legal compliance, internal investigations, and the legal implications of business strategies and decisions. He has been a citizen member of the City of Minneapolis Audit Committee. Mr. Fisher previously served as President and Board Member with the National Association of Corporate Directors and as general counsel, international business counsel and business executive with several Fortune 500 corporations. He also has held senior government positions with the State of Minnesota and the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Mr. Fisher serves as an election judge in the cities of Minneapolis and Bloomington.

research for Minnesota’s nonprofit sector. In this role Jon supports ongoing analysis of nonprofit economic development, including wages, benefits, legal mandates, revenues and funding sources. Jon served as MCN’s founding Executive Director from 1987-2021, has a law degree from Antioch School of Law and an MPA from Harvard University.

Jonathan Rabb, Digital Strategy Advisor. Founder of Watch the Yard. Jonathan is an expert on the mechanics of creating and cultivating engaged audiences around digital products and consults with others on how to do the same. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, a Fullbright Fellow and a Harvard Nieman Fellow.
